Oh, no you don't need photoshop ^^ all you need to do is to draw your entry, and then either scan it or take a photo of it so you can submit it to the site ^^

In my experience, the community on theOtaku is one of the best i've found, i've made some really good friends here, and i'm sure you will too! If you ever want to talk feel free to send me a PM, I like chatting to people. I hope to get to know you a little better in the future
