i am soooo HAPPY i got a promotion! so NOW i can make a challenge! :)
this should be fun......
what i want you to do is make a wallpaper of any anime you like and make it either action or comedy- or both (your choice)
(so make the wallpaper look like action is happening (obviously you can't make a animated wallpaper) or make one that is simply funny)

3. Dont steel other peoples work, make this your own creation
4. PG-13 rated
5. HAVE FUN
6. Be creative

i will be judging these on creativity and effort and Action or Comedy
i will be giving you all 2 months to do this (i hope that it long enough) i hope you have fun creating these wallies XD
