Sorry, I have been gone for a long while. You asked what Strawberry Eggs is about. Basically...in a nut shell...it's about a guy that wants to be a gym teacher but the local school is an all girls school and they don't allow male teachers. So he cross dresses to get the job and the anime follows his exploits teaching at the school. It's hilarious.
