Very nice! The only thing I can see which should be a little different is the wings transparency... I think it should stand out a little more against the purple background...Other than that it is quite wonderful and you did a very good job! :]

It's very lovely, I like how the sparkles aren't too distracting. Maybe you should add some textures to the vector, it looks a little too shiny, but that's a minor thing. Oh, and the character is from Ray The Animation!
