Nice! Everything is so psychedelic and crazy-looking! XD I normally don't go for the high contrast stuff, but I have to make an exception in this case ^_^
If you hadn't mentioned you found the stock photo of the Moon, I would've assumed you made it yourself! Indeed, it looks pretty unusual.
And for the first time in a long time, I agree with not giving the white brushes a strong glow and leaving them like that. They wouldn't have looked good in that case. And good thing you left them sharp and didn't blur them, they fit the CG-ed character ^_^
And if you want to know, the girl is from Touhou. Just thought I'd mention this. Well, keep up the good work, your wallpapers are getting better and better! ^_^
