I love the scan of Naruto you have here, but I think the background with Sasuke is conflicting, stealing the focus away from Naruto when he should be the only focus; he takes up most of the wallpaper. Have you tried just leaving the background black and empty? It might be more intense that way. You've got some potential with wallpapers, I can tell you that, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll upload next.
