I also think it's good! What program did you use? If it was just Paint then I'd say this was really good. ^^ What you can do with a wallpaper is really dependent on the program you have...it's really a shame. :( You drew those? Wow, that's amazing! I couldn't even tell! XD
Most wallers (people that make wp) agree that too much white space is bad. It's "too plain", but this was your first one, and white matches well since your pics were black and white anyway. ^_^ Nice job for your first!
Overall, I think you did really well for your first wallpaper. You've got a good eye for "balance" as I call it. (i.e. You didn't overwhelm the wallpaper in an attempt to fit a whole bunch in.) Remember, simple can be beautiful, and in this instance, it certainly is.
The only thing close to negative that I have to say is... I'd love to see your take on wallpapers made with anime or manga clips, rather than fan-art - not because I don't like your art, but because you seem to be such a natural.
