I'm not really a big fan of One Piece but this is a nice wallpaper. Good job on the vector. This is very nice. It does like one of those posters you see in the wild western movies. Good job I love it.

Excelent!! ^_^ it doesn't look like it's your first vector at all! my konata vector is rubbish compared to yours XD. And it was my first time too. ...Maybe because mine didn't have outlines at all and didn't follow a tutorial ._.; XD But anyways it came out great for your first time, I like how shiny her hair is and the boldness of her eyes =]. The outlines is pretty good, I didn't even know how to do that in the first place XD. Yeah vectors have A LOT of layers, and it does seem to take forever to complete.
But you did it! and it turned out nicely, so job well done Zakuro-chan =]
