New here :) Well, The Big Windup is one of my fave animes (and manga too), and I'm really glad you made a wallpaper from it. And it looks good, too: the colors really blend it well, and yes, you did achieve the "nostalgic" look with the earthy (or may I say, sepia) color tones that you've used. The blurry look helps, especially that if you come and think about it, the series is indeed more of capturing youth...
Oh well. A very big thumbs up from me :) And I believe the hours you put into it paid off, too
I really like it. It's well done. I like sports anime too. This wallpaper probably stood out (at least to me) because it has to do with baseball. Love the look of it.

Long story short, I'm glad you liked my wallpaper. And it's ok that you aren't rooting for the Phillies. :3 I like them since they're my team, like the 76ers as my basketball team! You don't need to like them. It's totally fine! About the butterflies, I didn't like how they looked. They were big and out of place, that's why I removed them. As for AP and me wanting to take a break from walling, I kind of wrote more about that in my World on VV just now. So you can read it if you want. I'm just focusing too much on "popularity" these days...it's stressing me out, which it shouldn't be.

I like it, the background is very grungy and grainy, without affecting the high quality of the scan (by the way, wonderful job on cleaning it up!). Colors are also a plus, bright ones would have been inappropriate here.
You have my fave on this! Keep it up!
