I like how you cleaned up the scan and still left it a bit grainy, it fits with the background and the grunge spot near Ichigo's legs. The colors are also pastel and help create the feeling of modern and old at the same time and draw focus to the characters. The mosaic effect is also a smart touch.
Overall, I'd say it's a very good wallpaper. My only complaint is the low resolution, I would've liked this as a desktop wallpaper. Well, keep up the good work, hope to see more walls like this!
