A few words of advice my dear friend. . .You should try to blend the PNG in with the background so it doesn't look like you just popped him on there. Also, the words stand out too much. You should try using different fonts and blending them in with patterns or something. ^^
Other than that this looks quite nice! The colors really do go nicely together!
