This wallpaper's art is actually fanart. The actual art of Hetalia is actually not so fairytale like and looks more like Full Metal Alchemist, but it's up there with Azumanga Daioh (I think) in terms of hilarity. That, and it's also really useful in Social Studies class. >_>
Just Google Axis Powers Hetalia and you ought to find a Livejournal that translates the series. ^_^ Livejournal is a little hard to use, though, but you get used to it.

Wow I really love this wallpaper. The soft colors look fantastic together and I love the art of this series. I have never heard of it before, but this wallpaper has really sparked my interest. A very cute, fairy-tale like wallpaper. Keep up the great work! ^_^
