thanks!! you mean the glowy effect in the pic? i used soft lense technique (just learned it though ). First, copy the layer of image, then change the blending to Screen (before it was Normal). Then Blur--->Gaussian Blur and make it around 7 pixels. Merge the layers using Ctrl+E
