    Wow, thanks a lot Lina i just learned how to add the effect and I like it a lot.. It is called Soft Lense it's simple.
    First, adjust the brightness and contrast. Increase the contrast and reduce the brightness until the image looks a little bit darker. Then, copy the layer. Change the blending of layer copy to Screen (before it was Normal) then use Gaussian Blur for around 7 something
