Wow. I knew it could look better, but I never realized it would look so much better. Such improvement is...awesome.

Critique: (You're the 1st person to actually care about what I say, so...yeah. Thanks. But b/c you do care and you asked for my advice, I'm going to be super-hard on you. >:P)

• The style for this wall, as far as I can tell, is one central focal point with everything else surrounding and complementing it. It seems that you tried to make the Mangekyou the focal point, but because of the coloring, Kakashi's face is what's attracting all the attention. What I'm saying is, you need to make it clearer where you want the viewer's focus to be. Either you

  1.) make the Mangekyou larger and brighter and darken/remove Kakashi's face, or
  2.) center Kakashi and move the Mangekyou
  or
  3.) completely revamp the wallpaper and change the style so you won't have to listen to what I'm saying b/c you hate reading my extremely long-winded posts.

• With that out of the way, I just have some general pointers left (yes, there's more). A single eye is irregular and unbalanced, either use just the iris, or balance it out with the other eye. Cut-off pictures look awkward, either you cover the edge with something or enlarge the picture and place it so you can't tell it's cut off.
• One last thing, (I promise!) I like the name, and how you moved the quote, but they crowd out the ninja hound in the bottom right. All elements on a wallpaper should have sufficient space, or it begins to look crowded. And I believe I said before that eyes are the most important part of a face. The same goes for animals. You don't want to take attention from the eyes, especially not when it's the eyes of a Sharingan dog!(Epic win, by the way)

I believe that is it...wow, that was LONG. Oh, and because I'm too lazy go and make a separate comment, your L wallpaper is insanely good. No kidding. I have no criticism for that one.

I really like the coloring. However, you might want to look over the grammar the next time you use a quote. Also, when do use a quote, you need to watch the placement. Eyes are a huge part of a face, and placing the quote too close to it is distracting. Also, the big empty space below Kakashi's face draws a lot of attention. It makes the wallpaper seem...unbalanced.

Still, I really, REALLY like the concept. And how you used real dog pictures instead of limiting yourself to screenshots.
