Well...this does take less than two seconds of them dragging him away, so a lot of it is drawn for quick movement, I like the other frame of him too when he's clicking his heels XD
It looks like they drugged Hiei. There's something seriously wrong with his mouth and his eyes are all screwy. lol Whatever they're about to do to him should be blackmail worthy.
