well, it actually went through this time, but when you make wallpapers, the work goes through a submission process.
you are notified within 24 hours if the wallpaper has been accepted or not. If its accepted, the work stays on theOtaku.
If rejected, the work will be deleted.
Up til now, all my wallpaper submissions have been rejected, so this is a good step.
