Artist is indeed Tanemura Arina
It is from either TIME STRANGER KYOKO, KAMIKAZE KAITOU JEANNE or FULL MOON WO SAGASHITE.
I don't think it is Full Moon-I really think it is Jeanne-though Kyoko has a similar cahara design so it could be other.
Love her artwork as always. :3
i first thought it was from Oh my goddess! but i friend of mine tells me this is fanart, so is not a character from any series, but still its awesome, love it
