Well, I've never been to MT so I'm not sure. But to me, it's the sweetest place to start submitting. :) It isn't stressful, which is why I always come back here as opposed to AP.
Yeah. You better stop thinking theO is anything like AP. ^^; It's much more relaxed. You don't have to wait a whole day to wonder if things will be accepted. Almost anything is accepted, and it's pretty quick. When your rank goes up, then like AP though, you don't have to wait at all. Lol.
