His name is Minato Arisato and I don't think this is the end of him yet. In Persona 4, if you beat Margret, Elizabeth's sister, she will tell Souji Seta, the main character of Persona 4, that Elizabeth is trying to free his soul from the seal and that if she can not do this that she will take the links he made to preform a miracle. So let's hope that he will make a return!
