no they're not! tamaki's seiyuu is miyano mamoru, see Light Yagami/Kira from deathnote, Fuwa Sho of skip beat or Setsuna F. Seiei of Gundam 00. ;)
i think its selected char.. i dunno if there's a Ouran live drama.. but if they're the real cast of it, i'd love too.. they're all bishies.. ;)
