he wasnt really making fun of ed's height... he was saying 'lucky!' coz ed broke his automail..(winry forgot to put screw on it, so it went loose) but maybe, winry have said something about vulnerability but ed refused to listen, so there... he was gonna transmute something when his arm gave up..and envy said, 'lucky!'...he even said, he hates fighting.. lol..cute envy... he's so adorable in that ep! ;p
