Yeah, He is. ^^ He hasn't had any luck finding freeware either! He wants to get Photoshop, but has to wait for awhile. Until then, he just wanted something he could use for now.

Yeah, photoshop elements. :D

Although before, I used a freeware software... Wasn't too bad. I think it was called Drawit or something. It does support transparency and all that, so it might be a ok choice if you were making cards etc.
