And the best time to eat watermelon is on a hot day at the beach! ~As long as you can keep the sand away from it ;D~
When we used to go camping, late summer early fall, there was an Observation tower at the campground that I would drag my brother to all the time. He didn't like it as much as me, but... lol
I think the best spot to stargaze is at a remote beach. So you can lay on the sand, hear just the waves, and see just the stars. ^.^

I LOVE STARGAZING!! I sit out in the back of my house...and just stare at the whole sky...I love seeing all the shooting stars in the summertime. :)
I bet your brother enjoyed it more than he'd admit
That just sounds...so beautiful...the relaxing waves...and watching the stars.
