Of course it is much more entailed then that because you have to clean the render and remover all the old colors then add the new colors. Yep I know what you are thinking, 'Wow that could take forever.' In some cases yes, but once you get the hang of it it moves along rather fast. Although the longest vector I have done took a total of... Uhmmmm cant say yet still working on it and it as been one week so far, with about 12 hours a day put into it... But I know it will be worth it in the end.

Owww i know one of my friend will go crazy over this one since his biggest fan of byakuya i already downloaded the wall it's great senbonzakura is not my type but the wall is something else

Like someone else mentioned, it'd look a thousand times better if the character on the right was vectored too. As it stands, he just kinda looks slapped on there.
One other small thing that caught my attention was the petals. The ones on the top layer ("closest" in perspective) are smaller than the blurred ones behind them, when it should be the reverse. Kinda throws it off a bit.
And I think a little detailing like grass texture at the bottom would kinda fill in some of the empty dark space.
But it's a nice composition overall.
I agree with you there, but then it would not have totally been my wallie and I spent so much time on Senbon Zakura Kageyoshi vectoring him I was to frazzled to do a diff vector of Byakuya... heehee. I know I am lazy...
