At the end of the chapter it tells you how they all got cured of the vampire disease thing. It says that the next day, Bak came to help move the headquarters and made a vaccine.
ummm, yeah I believe this was from when everyone had different accidents while moving packing and moving stuff from Komui's secret lab......If I remember correctly, Allen and Timcanpy got doused with a hair-growth potion, Lavi and Kanda dropped a box containing a failed shrink/youth serum, Bookman got stuck with speaking like a kitten, and I can't remember what happened to Lenalee--but it wasn't any better than the rest of them. X3 Oh, and in the end everyone got infected with this weird vampire-like virus but Komui, who almost managed to cure everyone before incompetence reared its ugly head again. Its not made clear just how everyone managed to get back to normal and relocate....but they are all next shown settling into the new Head Quarters in the next chapter.

I have to admit this was one of my favorite chapters when I read it when those two were turned into kids lol it was so funny. My god you make some of the best wallies eva!!! :3
well, in fact it's just from the manga and from the 2010 calendar... So it must be in the next season. If I remember well, that picture is in the vol 16 of DGM
