i think that this is so cute
you did a good job drawing it [or whatever itss called when its dijital] the one thing i would recomend is croping the pick cause there is way to much opean space[having to much opean space makes it look kiddish]
like if you moved the table and the girl closer to the tree that has interesting lines and ideas behind it and crop the pick so that pieces of the girl and the bottom of the table are coming out of the pickture[like the way you have it in your avitar is good!]

and also, I agree with Saint Vivant, The table cloth looks a tiny bit stiff..

the sky is so great, it looks like a real painting
