Well since your just stating out as a wallpaper artist I wont go too hard on you lol.
When making a wallpaper you wanna find a focus point and when looking at this wallpaper I dont see one.
The image on the bottom right, the covering layer should have been softer and shouldn't have left much if any of that layer over the image. (thats kind confusing if you dont know what I mean lol)
one thing that you might want to stray from is using basic colors, just adding in others with it so its just not the basic paint colors like, red, blue, green etc.
The text should fit the wallpaper and next time try going for more of a sleek font. I find its not best to add questions in a wallpaper and then have the people looking for the answer on it either.
