It's ok *whispers* even without bars the pic would still be PG-13 X3
I hate anime censors though... Like sun rays that suddenly cover nipples, the only acceptable one is hair over chest.
Many ecchi anime got massacred by censors, like Queen's Blade or Seikon no Qwasar, where if the nudity is censored, the whole anime can be considered one big sun ray ^^"
Thanks to the censor bars, this wallpaper satisfies the theOtaku.com rule of having works no higher than PG-13 rated level. And lets face it, not every one's comfortable seeing full frontal nakedness without the censor bars you know.
Although I disapprove of some censor measures on Anime artwork, I approve of the bars in this, and it's still a good wallpaper piece. Well, that's my opinion.

Yeah, censorship sucks. A friend of mine actually got in trouble with the photography teacher because one of his pictures was two boys kissing.
