I wanted some color too...but I didn't know their colors exactly (Zone-00 is only manga)
All my bg are made from pieces of textures...and png pictures from brushes ^___^
I have a weird style into making wallpapers, but I'm still learning, I have a lot to learn until I become like you ^___^

Pretty cool color combination, I think the characters also needed something colored, just one element from them, but it looks awesome like it is too.
Amazing bg, I couldn't create something to great using brushes and text, thumbs up for your amount of creativity ^3^

it depends on the context
so sometimes it can mean "back" too (like the back of a person)
