as for your question I used the pen tool in Adobe Photoshop for the linearts and coloring...as you might know photoshop isn't quite a vector program... it works with pixels but the P tool is somewhat a vector tool which helps.
it is a beauty. I just created one with the same manga image of sasuke in another contest (tokio lyrics)^_^ I only like sasuke when he cries, bastard (never liked him. killing itachi was just the last drop)But you have done it beautifully! Wich program did you use for the lineart? Illustrator?
