The text in its entirety refers to the Battlefield. What's happening in the wall might be courageous and full of determination, but war it's just a merciless battle. Even though it's carried with pride, war always implies fear, hate, death, sadness, which is why I picked that text.
really cool looking wallpaper. i really get the feel of marching to war. the red in his armor and in the text as well as his green eyes look great and stand out. the only problem i have is what the text says. "no promises no mercy" doesn't seem to fit with what is actually happening in the wall. i feel it looks more like its courageous and full of determination.

And the snow came out beautifully. You really gave this wallpaper a distinct feel. It's bleak yet...idunno. I feel like the red should represent blood but it seems to be courageous instead.

Wow! I love how neutral the colors are and how the red really stand out. The snow looks very pretty and makes everything look calm, even though they are in a war. The fonts fit in nicely with everything! great job!
