I never had time to comment on this, but when I first saw this a couple weeks back, I knew that there would be no justice in the feature system if they didn't feature this. It really caught my eyes because of its originality and obvious effort put into it. And ever since, I've been longing to see it as the Featured Fandom.

Oh my gosh, Ichi-chan!!!! :O This has to be one of the most creative wallpapers I have EVER seen! Like seriously, this is the ultimate anime wallpaper! You have captured all the classics in those tiny bubbles, and how on Earth you did all of that is truly amazing. I could not ever have the patience or anything to do something like that, I would have no idea how to^^; You have come up with something really creative and it looks so professional. And the background and just gah, I could go on and on. This is a masterpiece^^ You're going to do great in that challenge, I believe you're going to win it. You have worked hard on this, I can tell^^ Very beautiful my friend. Keep it up!

Ahh you are right!! *facepalm* that would have been better. and it was over 100 layers because I never merged any. I made multiple layers of the bubbles and images. the background took up so too. I am glad you like it though
...Ok so I like this, but on the person I think you should have added a shadow beneath them, and then how did it take 100+ layers!?!? o.O
But I do like it and keep up the great work!!!
