The composition is very good, flows perfectly.
I'm kinda bothered by the quality of the images you used, Haruhi&co look kinda enlarged/low quality/blurred.
Same goes for the text at the bottom part, under the SOS brigade thing, again, it looks kinda blurry.
Aside that, this wallpaper has a LOT of potential, it really makes it stand out from the rest of the walls here =]

This is absolutely pretty! The textures, colors, and the placement of the images in the middle make one heck of a wallpaper. It's simple and lovely. I like it! :D
