Start slowing man. Many people on this site are also on devART. And if you can get people started here- than it might slowly flow over to devART. And you know how big that is.
Well than say that! Say that your an activist against illegal art theft on the internet and will except any ideas on how to stop or limit it in any way. And say how you would like to have more people signing their works or at least watermarking them.
And your doing a good job. Right now her character is in quiestion on weather or not she was awawre of the theift or not. So you can look out for her in support emotionaly and by vouching for her character. But please don't do anything rash. It may to more harm than good.
Tell people to sign their wallpapers from now on. Or watermark their fanart. Do it for all your art and get others to do the same. I already do that and I've seen my wallpapers up on photobucket all the time. You can't stop it by yourself; but you can make an effort to and with that? With that you can help stop it.

Thats because the scan she used in her wallpaper was already used as a wallpaper. Its nothing big though okay? Just concetrate on the Zero-whatever thing. Sleeps issues will blow over. I just suggest taking off the wallpapers in question- and reporting any hate mail that she might get. Be passive man.
