OMG, I think that I watched the beginning of that movie. Yeah, I have, now I remember. Just that I didn't knew that it was this movie and actually never finished it.
So thank you again, now I am getting curious about that part of the Hannibal movies.:D

Ohhhh! Oops =S
Ummmm, well you see, when Hannibal was little, he and his family were hiding out in this little cabin place during World War 2, and then these German bombers bombed the place and his parents died. So there was only Hannibal and his little sister Mischa left alive.
And so it's the middle of freaking winter at the time and these German soldiers are lost in the woods and find the cabin and they tie up Hannibal and Mischa. So know there's no food and they decide to eat Mischa and they leave Hannibal for dead.

A few years later, he's probably round 20 years old and he's in this boot camp thing in Germany, and he decides to escape and go and live with his aunt (who is Japanese and has like swords and samurai gear at her house, which I think was freaking awesome!)

And then he goes into medical school to study the human body.
And then he decides to get revenge on those German soldiers who ate Mischa.
So he remembers that they left their dog tags in the cabin all those years ago, and he goes back to the cabin (that's like half destroyed) and he gets the dog tags and goes off to find them.
And when he finds them, he eats them, like what they did with Mischa.

So there ya go. The whole summary of the movie for ya (Even though you only asked what happened at the end of the movie ^^')
