The overall wallpaper is good. I like how you gave time to actually vector something. The color blends really well. Too well as a matter of fact. It's very bright. And the sparkles at her back is err, a little unnoticeable. but hmm, yes. Also, at first glance, I actually thought she had a blanket or something xD Sorry bout that. Try putting solid colors?
Her hair.... doesn't really blend with the background. Try blurring it a little bit Her skin is a little too... white-ish pink? It's too same colored. monochromatic? Hmmm.
Smudge is an ultimatum to fix minor lines with major problems. I suggest you zoom in more when tracing, for some odd reason it usually works against jagged lines XD
Hmm, the sparkly bg is too love-scene like. You know in romantic anime how the bg turns sparkly when a hug/kiss/confession happens? This bg resembles them. Blurriness washes out the sharp beauty, if it's a jagged problem, there are tricks to fix it.
I thought that I better make the shadow a bit blurry so it won't have a jagged line..but I guessed that's a mistake...:O
I thought of using dark red BG using flower brush for it, but I was afraid that it might mess up the whole image..DX So I kept it white and add some spark brush....:O
The flowers are very beautiful and sharp, I love the way they glow and their dark red color. Some advice though: 1. Don't blur the shadows, the vector seems washed out because of that, let the shadows remain sharp. 2. Use darker colors for her skin's lineart. Her nose, lips and eye outlines are almost invisible. 3. For the beauty of contrast I suggest a darker bg with the same glow effect as the flowers.
Cool. Of course it's acceptable! I can see the difference!
I can see that the way you vector doesn't have a dark black-ish outline. Which is, I'm not used to. But! your vectors look really good. Also, I don't know how to vector XD I usually ask people to vector some scans for me. Then, I give them something (walls, card, drawings) in return
