I don't think its a fanart but its good that from now on you'll be going to such sites and not just zero chan. Honestly, even your Miku walls contains "stolen" fanart.

Nothing really serious... its just that I had a boil on my leg that's been bugging me for days... I went for check up and suddenly the doctor said it should be popped right away. And THAT REALLY HURTS!!!
And I'm really more satisfied with this one. I guess my tip for you is that you should be more careful of the images you will use. I suggest you look on animepaper.net or in minitokyo.net and then look if there is a counterpart of the scan available in zero chan so you can download it even w/out logging in :)

The judging...
I am very satisfied with the wallpaper unlike the first one (honestly...) I like the positioning of everything though I felt there's something missing and I'm just gonna go straight to the point with the things you could have improved on:
The color of the numerals could have been different since they blend with the little images
You could have added some brushes to the keyblades on the corners since they look lifeless
The outline of the little images and Sora is quite jagged but I think its fine
The clock towers look magical with the way they're positioned. I think they would have looked more magical if you played around with it. They look too realistic for Sora's look (as well as the little images).
Where's your signature?
All in all, that's a very lovable wallpaper. And I'm glad you made it in time. Now I'm confused on how to judge all the entries...
