I'll try to use that tool the next time (assuming I can find it xD) but it sounds really useful n.n and I'll try to use more effects next time n.n I did use some effects on the black dragon and on the words n.n I'm currently using Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0, it's really nice, and not that complicated n.n

I'm really liking the placement of the images and text^^ Oh, and the dragons are not that crappy really, I've seen worse:P But to sharpen images, I find the smudge tool can be quite useful (to blend the colours a bit and take the noise out^^) - but it's tricky, especially on images with lots of small piecesXD Plus of course you'd have to be careful not to smudge the lines...:P
I can see you're still just experimenting and figuring stuff out in PS (which version are you using btw?^^) but I think for your next wallpaper, it would be nice to see some effects and stuff in stead of just some images on top of each other, ne?:D You're already improving though!n.n So keep up the good work;D *hugs*
