From what I've seen, original walls are either hit or miss; here, it's a hit :] I like the pose and the way you made the hair flow, though you can also add a nose and make the mouth a little bigger so it stands out more. I also like the fact that despite being mostly red, the wall is HQ and has no pixelation, which is the main problem with saving red hues :]
However, I think you should add even more to the hair, since the focus is on it after all. Add more shading by placing layers with an opacity of 30-70% and you'll have a great effect (like I did here); it also helps with the overall effect, since the pure red is kind of strong to have on a monitor screen (at least that's how I see it). Anyway, this is beautiful and I'm looking forward to your next original walls :]
