    Bokeh is best used on overly usually(in my opinion) but it does edit the colors too.

    When you lower the opacity of the image layer to add the "texture"(you don't use textures but same concept) there are options of what type of blend/effect you want it to have. "normal" is the default mode. "overly" is one of the options.

    I suggest "overly" than "normal" or "screen". I may alter the color a bit though.

    Examples of bokeh on overlay blend mode: 1 2 3
    if you look closely you can see the bokeh. its just blended in a lot.

    This wall is epic. All i have to say is putting the Bokeh on the "overlay" blend mode would be better plus since you used a scan it would edit it more. but other than that epic wall. Typo is epic too. xD

    I can tell you didn't use the overlay blend mode. It looks like you either used screen or left it at normal.
