Thank you for the feedback, Anime snow girl. I'll take into consideration your suggestions as soon as i figure out how to make wallpapers in Photoshop .

The background is catchy I really like it but I think you need to work on the image.
There are a lot of change from the previous one you really worked on the color tones that's very good, the other one was very pale.
If you want that to look like a framed picture on a wallpaper then add a frame to it. That would make it look better. Also, if you want to mix the image with the background then you have to render chii's image. In other words you have to cut it out and get rid of her white background. Then add some brushes, textures,texts, it's your design so you work it out your own way. This isn't a bad start you keep it up and by time you'll find yourself improving ^-^
