Okay, so quick lesson here. You will find find pictures of Izaya and Shizuo dressed in these white outfits with pink and headphones. They are fan made characters for Durarara based off one of the covers. The name for Izaya's character is Psychedelic Dreams, as is Shizuo's, but Izaya is Psyche, and Shizuo is Delic. Get it? Psyche, and Delic? Lmao.

Oh and the difference in them lies in their personalities. Psyche is rather honest, and doesn't play around with people like Izaya does, he is seen as being really cute and childish. Delic is the playboy version of Shizuo.
