This would be one of the best damn matchups ever. EVER. I'm not sure who would win. I go with Mewtwo though, because Mewtwo (especially if it's the one from the anime) would be desperate to win to save his clone pokemon, and a person is most dangerous when he has something to protect.
I have to disagree, after all mewtwo contains the ability to control items with his psychic(think its how its spelled) powers to toss Omegamon aside like scrapmetal
