First a rough sketch is in order, then I just outline it. The wobbliness is supposed to be the wavy type of hair, looks pretty crappy as sketch, but with colors and proper lineart, it's very cute.
It's not hard, but I wanted to finish the wall in one day, I felt really motivated and didn't want it to go to waste. Managing her hair would require a 2 day completion.
xD That would be so hard to change the vectors hair like that, I couldn't image doing something like that O.O But my hair doesn't even touch my shoulders *normally, I need a hair cur, but is to lazy to sit through it xD;;* And, you're I am one not to give up on anything, I am determened but in most things I look down on it, or think things will go for the worst.

I vector in Photoshop, it's easy, but it requires patience. I'm usually really pumped up when I wall, so I can finish a vector of medium complexity in a few hours, like it happened with this girl.
To be honest I pictured you more with curly, medium hair, but I was lazy to change the scan XD How short is it? I have short hair too.
Awww, freckles are cute, too bad you don't own any XD Funny you should say you're not positive, because I never saw you give up easily or reach a negative predicament on the first try.
I do have a dark brown hair, though it is short, as well as having darker brown eyes. No freckles, sadly. And yes to dressing more natural, I don't wear make-up or fancy-pants xD
And I do learn from others, I find it the best way to learn ^^ I am not the most postive, but I do have strong love for animals. And i don't hate easliy, but i do find reasons for each actions.
