Really well done, but the text is hard to read and I don't think 'Shinigamis' is the correct term for the plural. I think it's simply 'Shinigami' if you wish to say it plural. Kinda like 'Fish' vs 'Fishes'

The color is quite bright, so the image would make a good wallpaper for those who are interested. My main concern with this, however, is on your text. Because you used a black font, it blended in with the image that you used, and as such I'm having a hard time reading the text in the wallpaper. Frankly speaking, the text became useless since it's no longer that legible, particularly with the word "Shinigamis".
You may want to consider revising the wallpaper to make the text clearer, especially since you're submitting this for a challenge.
