This is such a lovely wallpaper! The background, for one thing, is amazing. Your hard work really shows. There is so much detail! The colors really make the image pop too.
I don't think I've read this manga, but it looks very familiar. The art style kind of reminds me of Kodocha. XD
That background looks pretty classy! :D I like how you combined all these words and what not in one image. ^_^ Also how you put that radiat effect around it. Makes things much more interesting. :3
Overall this is an amazing wallpaper, I am sure that Cloudy will like it.^^
