So so great. I love Legolas. He's just gorgeous.
This wallie is cute the blurdiness (huh blirdiness?! xD) at the back is nice. haha

Well I have this circle brush that I made on Photoshop that I click all over the picture and I blur it using Gaussian Blur. I use different layers for different blurrinesses also~ I can't remember how I made the brush xD If ou Google it, you'll find different websites telling you how to make one~
