Very pretty colors. I like the textures and effects a lot. :) But I'm with sweetdevil on the pixelated image/scan. If only it were a little cleaner! Nice job though!
Wowzers, I love Sailor Moon!! >O< It's one of my very first anime I have ever watched ever since I was little kid. I really like the wallpaper, and it's very neat how you put the beautiful cloudy background. It looks really nice with the wallpaper. *3*

I'm glad you like it though.
The composition and colors are great (I love the green/cyan in the background!), but the image is much too pixelated. Try not to stretch images so much, since they lose their quality and bring down the quality of the entire wall. This looks best in 1440x900, IMO, the other bigger resolutions look low quality because the girls are pixelated.
