Well, theOtaku is a friendly place, people submit things just for fun, and there aren't any active moderators currently so this place is kinda neglected .__.
Actually, there used to be a lot of great artists here, but most of them have left. So, if you're looking for high quality wallpapers, you can visit minitokyo. :)

You are probably the only good wallpaper artist on this site. Please make some more, some are quite horrible and painful to look at. Maybe you could teach some people on here the basics?
